The tradition of the Christmas Jumper

cristmas jumper2

With Christmas approaching rapidly, we would like to introduce you to a very British tradition: the Christmas Jumper.

During the December month, men and women alike will be proudly wearing their Christmas Jumper in the office, at the restaurant, ... The aim is to wear the most striking (sometime ridiculous) jumper, and there are no limits to their design: Santas with beards, real bells, deers, etc.All of this in the  traditional red and green colours.

Jumpers can be worn with a suit for the men, and even over a dress for women.

Shops will start selling them in November. Even charities have found an excellent purpose: people now raise money for charities by wearing the most ridiculous or extravagant Christmas Jumper.

No reason therefore for foreigners to participate in the Great British Tradition of the Christmas Jumper.

Merry Christmas!
